Product introduction

In normal temperature conditions, the PSAN nitrogen making machine use carbon molecular sieve to adsorb oxygen in the air selectively and produce nitrogen which purity is 98% - 99.9995% .The process flow adopts the atmospheric pressure two column (A, B) process, which means that the raw air enters into the adsorption column A from the bottom after passing through the compressor and purification system. Oxygen, moisture, and carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed, and the top of the column is the product nitrogen.When the adsorbent in adsorption column A after reaching a certain degrees of saturation, it can switch the air into the adsorption column B automatically, and the pressure in column A will reduce at the same time to make the process of analysis and regeneration. The two columns can be switched at fixed time to produce nitrogen continuously. Each column in the cycle will go through several stages:

1. Adsorption (produce nitrogen)

2. Pressure equalizing

3. Resolution(regeneration)

Note: 1. The design criteria listed in this table are 0.8Mpa (gauge pressure), 20 ambient temperature, 0 meter elevation and 80% relative humidity;

2. Nitrogen pressure: 0-0.6Mpa (gauge pressure), dew point: -45 (atmospheric pressure);

When the effective gas consumption of the equipment listed in this table is less than 3Nm3/min, the air purification equipment and nitrogen production equipment should have skid-mounted as a whole.When the effective gas consumption of the equipment is higher than 3Nm3/min but less than 50Nm3/min, the air purification equipment and nitrogen production equipment should be installed separately. When the effective gas consumption of the equipment is less than 50Nm3/min, it is necessary to go to the site pf users for installation.

4. The energy consumption index exceeds the value specified in the Chinese mechanical industry standard JB/T6427-2001 "Pressure swing adsorption oxygen and nitrogen production equipment".
